How it works

2. Send data – After the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Send us your data and the passport photo via email to fan.shoptr@gmail.com or directly via WhatsApp at 017621148551.
3. We create your account – Within 24-48 hours, we will register your Passolig account and send you the access details.

What we need from you

• Full name (as in ID/passport)
• Passport number or TC Kimlik No (Turkish ID number)
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Mobile number (for SMS verification – can also be a German number)
• WhatsApp number (so we can reach you for follow-up questions)
• Email address
• Address (street, postal code, city, country)
• Passport photo (biometric format, well-lit, neutral background)
• Favorite club from the Turkish Süper Lig (for the stadium registration of your card)

What you will receive upon completion

• Functional Passolig account including access details
• Confirmation via email with all important information
• Instructions on how to book tickets through the official Passo app
• Note on which stadium you can pick up your physical Passolig card

Data protection

Your data will only be used to create your Passolig account and will be deleted after successful registration in accordance with GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties, except with the official Passolig platform for account creation.

No. Even as a non-Turk, you can have a Passolig account created using your passport number.

Yes. Once your account is set up and money is loaded onto the card, you can buy tickets through the Passo app.

What if the registration fails?
If the registration fails for reasons beyond our control (e.g., invalid data), we will contact you immediately for a correction. In case of complete failure to create, we will refund the amount.
